After 10 years we have decided to take a new path which includes us selling the wonderful company we have built. Over the last 10 years we have seen Verdia grow to be a well respected and successful company. We have also had the honor and privilege to connect with thousands of customers all over the world. New Year Brings New Organic Products for Verdia
Verdia announced they will be unveiling an entire new line of organic personal care procucts in 2009. "We are very excited to be adding a new line of organic soaps and organic cleaners to our family of wonderful products this year", says Ryan Goan, Verdia President. Verdia Shines in 2006, 2007 Looks Even Brighter
2006 was a great year for Verdia. A new e-commerce store and new and improved products all contributed to strong sales for the year. 2005 Another Strong Year for Verdia
Revenue remained strong in 2005 as Verdia continued to expand and diversify it's brand. According to company spokesperson Avery Laurel, Verdia will continue to strengthen it's brand with new products in the organic personal care market. She states, "We are very excited about the future of our brand and look forward to launching new organic products for body, home and overall wellness".

Lynda brings over 15 years of Sales and Marketing experience to the position and will lead the company's efforts in retail marketing and product development.

Verdia 2004 Sales Climb for Fourth Straight Year
Verdia, LLC announces another year of solid revenue growth for 2004. Increased revenues were driven by new marketing initiatives, strong product interest and reductions in operating costs. Verdia President Ryan Goan says 2005 should bring continued growth as Verdia prepares to launch new products, partner with new retailers and diversify it's marketing channels.

Verdia Contributes to USA Today Article on Economy
As part of the USA Today Small Business Panel, Verdia was asked to contribute to an article entitled "Weak dollar less of a boost". This article was featured in the November 9, 2004 issue of USA Today and focused on the positive and negative impacts of a weaker dollar on U.S. Companies. The dollar has been weakening against world currencies recently, a development that usually makes U.S. goods more competitive in global markets and helps boost sales. But increased global competition, weak economies abroad and reliance on imported raw materials have all added up to hinder rather than help U.S. businesses. According to company president Ryan Goan, Verdia has seen a steady rise in the costs of it's imported raw materials from Europe. As a result Verdia will continue to monitor raw material costs in hopes the dollar rebounds early next year.

Verdia Announces 2003 Sales Growth of 62%
Following strong 2002 sales growth, Verdia, LLC reported another record sales year in 2003. Sales for 2003 rose 62%, says Verdia President Ryan Goan. This can be attributed to two major initiatives in 2003. First was the introduction of Verdia's new Shark Liver Oil Dietary Supplement launched under the Marine Neutraceutical brand Seaology. The growing interest in marine oil based dietary supplements translated to strong demand from consumers. Second, Verdia reformulated and repackaged their signature product WartFree. A new and improved WartFree generated enormous interest which converted to a significant increase in sales. Verdia is estimating sales growth for 2004 to be around 40%.

Verdia Featured in USA Today
As part of the USA Today Small Business Panel, Verdia was asked to contribute to a story featured in the March 8, 2004 issue of USA Today. The article focused on the economy and it's impact on the hiring decisions of small businesses. The number of small businesses planning to hire new employees in the first quarter of 2004 fell approximately 17%. Those polled stated a weak economy, increased overhead and economic uncertainty as factors in their hiring decisions. According to company spokesperson Avery Laurel, Verdia will continue to focus on it's internet channels in 2004 in order to minimize the need for additional employees and to keep labor costs to a minimum.

After four years on the market, Verdia announced it would raise the bar even higher on it's popular wart removal product Wart-Free. The three main objectives behind the reformulation and repackaging of Wart-Free were that it be even gentler to the skin, even easier to use, and even more effective, states Verdia President Ryan Goan. Mr. Goan attributes the success of the relaunch to the efforts of the research and development team and the generous feedback from our customers. Verdia Product Gets Endorsement from Medical Community
